Account Groups

Accounts in GNUKhata are categorized by groups and subgroups. This will help to connect the accounts to Accounting Equation and decide the behaviour of accounts in a transaction.

Groups and subgroups can be added from here.

Creating an Account Group/Sub-group

1. Click on Account Groups under Accounting menu.
2. Click on the "Add" button and enter group/sub-group details.
3. Click reset to reset the form.
4. Click on save and press ok to create account.
